Foreclosure Relief

For some people, who have been unfortunate to face the horrors of foreclosure, chapter seven relief may be a very important method to keeping your home. The automatic "Stay" will put a hold on the foreclosure action.  The bank can no longer pursue the foreclosure action.  This can give people the chance to short sale the home, sell it on the market, or buy some time to come up with some other plan.

In todays tough economic times, more than ever, bankruptcy may be a viable option.
